KANWHEN WILL BEGIN TO ANALYZE YOUR CASE BASED ON YOUR ASSESSMENT FORMS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. AS A RESULT, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. KANWHEN.** Root Cause Analysis Case Review: 1. Receive a Customized Healing Health Plan that Details Step-By-Step How to Get Better 2. Receive a Customized Hormone Recommendation Based on Current Lab Work 3. Get Answers to Hard Questions about Thyroid Disease and Hormonal Imbalances 4. Discussion of Your Current Symptoms 5. Learn if Your Symptoms Could be Related to Hormones 6. Review of Your Past Medical History, e.g., major illnesses, surgery/operations 7. Discussion of your Primary Problems and Ways to Solve Them 8. Discussion of Your Risk of Potential Root Causes 9. Analysis of Your Current Lab Work 10. Obtain list of Additional Lab Tests that are required for Healing After this initial 90 minute analysis, Dr. Kanwhen will send you a list of the problem areas that need to be addressed in order to reach your health goals and you will receive some of the steps/instructions on how to fix these problems. To schedule and pay for your Root Cause Analysis Case Review appointment, please call Bethel Holistic Clinic at 918-505-9650. You must pay for your appointment at the time of scheduling in order to secure your appointment time. In the 2 weeks following your Case Review, you will follow-up with Dr. Kanwhen for a review/analysis of your new lab test results, to amend previously recommended steps of your healing plan, and for the recommendation of additional steps that will help you to reach your health goals. The follow-up appointment can be booked as a 60 minute appointment for $300. The follow-up appointments must be scheduled by calling Bethel Holistic Clinic at 918-505-9650.
